Clinical Observation Of Kuijieningcream Of Acupoint Sticking In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:to observe the collapse and Kuijiening cream of acupoint sticking therapy the clinical curative effect of functional constipation and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,thus for clinical treatment of functional constipation and spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome provides a more effective method.Methods:choose 64 cases of clinical spleen kidney and Yang deficiency syndrome in patients with functional constipation(met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria),will be randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group(group of Kuijiening cream)(lactulose group)and control group,32 cases in each group,two cases were lost in treatment group and control group,and 30 cases were evaluated in the two groups.Both groups were treated for 28 days,and at 1 month follow-up after treatment.Observe two groups before and after single symptom integral effect of traditional Chinese medicine,SP,VIP,anorectal pressure and colon transmission time,recurrence of symptoms,and so on and so forth.Results:The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.01)in the frequency of defecation,the difficulty of defecation,the defecation character,SP,VIP,anorectal pressure,and rectal transmission time,and it,s quite effective.The treatment group was superior to the control group in abdominal distension,cold pain in the abdomen,and the unwarming of the extremities.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion: the collapse and ning cream of acupoint sticking can obviously improve clinical symptoms of functional constipation in patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type,can effectively promote the intestinal contraction,alleviate the pressure of the anal rectum and colon transmission time was shortened,and the recurrence rate is low,after treatment security good,no obvious side effects,deserves further research and clinical widely.
