| Background It has a common with etiological factors and genetic phenotype between autism and type â…¡ schizophrenia patients, which is slightly similar to clinical manifestations and obviously social dysfunction. Because of the family history of Some autistic people which have schizophrenia, We surmised that the brain dysfunction’s differences have the intrinsic difference between the two diseases.Chapter â… The study of the resting-state fMRI on adolescents patients with autism and type â…¡ schizophreniaObjectiveTo investigate the functional connectivity differences and characteristics between default mode network(DMN) and salience network(SN) in resting-state of adolescents patients with autism and type â…¡ schizophrenia.MethodTo analyze the final results by Independent component analysis,to extract comparative research by construct default mode network(DMN) and salience network(SN), and used the 3.0T resting-state fMRI for 15 cases of Adolescents (12-18 years old) with autism,15 cases of type â…¡ schizophrenia and 15 control participants.Result1. Compared with the control group, It is reduced of functional connectivity in DMN of Autism in "Cingulum-Mid-bilateral, Precuneus-R, Postcentral-L", the functional connectivity enhancement in " Frontal-Sup-L "; It is reduced of functional connectivity in SN in such " Frontal-Inf-Orb-L, Calcarine-L, Frontal-Mid-L, Cuneus-R", the" Temporal-nf-R, ParaHippocampal-R, Occipital-Mid-R " is enhanced.2. Compared with the control group, type â…¡ schizophrenia in DMN network reduced of functional connectivity in "Cerebellum Anterior Lobe-L, Cerebelum-6-L/Lingual-L, Occipital-Mid-L, Frontal-Inf-Oper-L, Frontal-Mid-R", the functional connectivity enhancement in "Occipital-Mid-R, Temporal-Mid-R, Cuneus-R, Parietal-Inf-L"; It is reduced of functional connectivity in SN in such "left precentral gyrus"," Cerebelum-Crusl-R, Occipital-Inf-R, Cuneus-L " is enhanced.3. Compared with type â…¡ schizophrenia, It is reduced of functional connectivity in DMN of youth Autism in "Cuneus-L, Precuneus-R", the functional connectivity enhancement in "Temporal-Mid-R, Frontal-Inf-Tri-R"; It is reduced of functional connectivity in SN in such "Cuneus-R","Temporal-Mid-R, Lingual-R/Cerebelum-4-5-R " is enhanced.Conclusion1. It has Interaction of overlappingin of part of the brain region between default mode network and salience network;2. Compared with control and type â…¡ schizophrenia, Autism has reduced of functional connectivity in DMN "precuneus" and SN "cuneus";3. The functional connectivity showed lateral misalignment in right > left of type â…¡ schizophrenia;4. It has significant anomaly between default mode network and salience network in resting-state of Autism and type â…¡ schizophrenia;Compared with autism and type â…¡ schizophrenia, It exists differences between default mode network and salience network in the resting state of some brain regions.Chapter â…¡ The study of the facial expression cognitive function on adolescents patients with autism and type â…¡ schizophreniaObjectiveTo investigate the difference which is in facial expression recognition aspect between adolescents patients with autism and type â…¡ schizophrenia.MethodTo analyze the final results by Nonparametric tests, and used the Chinese Static Facial Expression Photos Test for 25 cases of adolescents (12-18 years old) with autism,25 cases of type â…¡ schizophrenia and 25 control participants.Result1. The group of Autism’s score were significantly lower than the control group in all expressions and aggregate score;2. Although the group of type â…¡ schizophrenia were significantly lower than the control group in expressions of sad, angry and aggregate score, it is showed no significant difference between control groups with the identification of happy, neutral, fear, disgusted and surprise.3. The group of Autism’s score were significantly lower than the group of type â…¡ schizophrenia in expressions of sad, angry, fear, surprise, disgusted and aggregate score.Conclusion1. There is obvious obstacles in all expressions of Autism;2. type â…¡ Schizophrenia have the facial expression recognition of impaired cognitive ability, especially in expressions of sad and angry, but it’s severity is far less than autism patients. |
