Objective:To investigate the analysis of different ethnic patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) type Xinjiang regional distribution differences and related factors. methods:Selected in 2013 May 1 August 2014 at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, People’s Hospital of Kashgar, Xinjiang endoscopy diagnosed 700 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux,which do not race classification including the Han, Uygur, Kazak, admission criteria underwent endoscopic diagnosis, the results for statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 software. Results:1. Gastroesophageal reflux disease in different ethnic groups of different types of constituent ratio of the share of differences was statistically significant (P<0.05)2. The share of different types of GERD constitute the difference between statistical significance than (P<0.001).3. Men and women of all ethnic groups in the occurrence of erosive esophagitis constitutes the difference between the ratio was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Barrett’s esophagus in patients with Kazakh women constitute the difference between the ratio was statistically significant (P<0.05).5. Gastroesophageal reflux disease in different ethnic groups constitute age difference was statistically significant compared (P<0.05).6. Han, Uygur patients with Barrett’s esophagus endoscopic classification within the constituent ratio of the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Esophageal endoscopic classification differences were statistically significant in patients with Barrett Kazakhs (P<0.05). Its sub-type of Barrett’s esophagus island highest proportion, followed by a full week type snake.Conclusion:1. Xinjiang GERD typing Africa erosive reflux disease was significantly higher than that of erosive esophagitis and Barrett’s esophagus, which can determine the Xinjiang Africa erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with reflux disease accounted for the largest proportion.2. Xinjiang region of each type of gastroesophageal reflux disease and other family there is a difference between. In the Han, Uygur, Kazak Hans suffering in non-erosive reflux disease constitute the highest ratio, erosive esophagitis and Barrett’s esophagus in the Kazakh constitution than the highest proportion, 3. Xinjiang regional dimension, in the Han, Kazak erosive esophagitis than in men and women constitute the proportion of men than women.4. In the three ethnic groups share no difference than the Han, Uygur men and women with Barrett, and Barrett’s esophagus Kazakh share constituent ratio of male than female.5. Gastroesophageal reflux disease in the Han, Uygur, Kazak constituent ratio in age from 41 to 50 years old are in the constitution than the highest proportion, can be considered as constituting the Xinjiang region suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease than the maximum age from 41 to 50 years old.6. Kazakh endoscopic classification within the island of Barrett’s esophagus in the highest proportion, followed by the full-week type snake. Research done on the basis of the Xinjiang region for the future of gastroesophageal reflux disease among other types of family-related factors.
