Objective:To evaluate application value of Spatio-Temporal Image Correlation (STIC) in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal heart artery malformation to improve fetal cardiac malformation diagnosis. Methods:From January 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital fetal echocardiography in 300 cases of normal fetal cardiac structures, and 175 patients with suspected congenital heart defects and fetal risk factors for pregnant women,300 cases and using 2DE and 2DE combined four-dimensional STIC imaging mode for normal fetal examination, will show the apical four-chamber view of the fetal position under the same conditions, left outflow tract and three-vessel section and the time required to detect ten regular section (abdominal cross-section of the four-chamber eager face, left ventricular outflow tract section, right ventricular outflow tract section, three vessels-trachea view, aortic short axis view, the bow section catheter aortic arch section, the upper and lower chamber view, aortic short axis view) shows the rate of cases for comparison.175 cases of suspicious prenatal fetal cardiac abnormalities underwent 2DE and 2DE combined four-dimensional STIC imaging examination results and the results of a combination four-dimensional STIC imaging accuracy and postpartum neonatal echocardiography, the autopsy and surgical results were compared, two diagnostic method of calculating the sensitivity specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and compliance rate, and comparison of two diagnostic method for diagnosis of fetal malformations accuracy artery. Results:300 cases of normal fetuses four dimensional STIC imaging mode to check the time required is less than the traditional 2DE examination, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 2DE STIC imaging techniques combined with conventional view shows the rate of ten due to 2DE examination.175 cases of suspicious fetal heart malformations,2DE aorta diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformation 32 cases, including two cases of persistent truncus arteriosus, transposition of great arteries in 6 patients, aortic coarctation six cases, five cases of double outlet right ventricle, aortic transection four cases, tetralogy of Fallot nine cases.2DE combined four-dimensional STIC imaging diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformations artery of 39 cases, including PTA 4 cases, TGA 8 cases, CCA 7 cases, DORV 7 cases, IAA 4 cases, TOF 9 cases.2DE combined four-dimensional STIC imaging diagnosis of fetal malformation aorta accuracy was 95.1%, a sensitivity of 95.1% and a specificity of 100%, positive predictive value of 100% and a negative predictive value of 98.4%, and 98.8% compliance rate. For both methods the accuracy of the diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformations aorta compare χ2=7.405,P=0.007, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Combined dimensional STIC imaging technology for fetal cardiac malformations aorta check after applying STIC imaging processing technologies based on the diagnosis of a variety of modes 2DE,2DE combined four-dimensional STIC imaging able to check fetal congenital malformations aorta to provide an effective supplement that can improve the diagnosis. accuracy has important clinical value.
