Clinical Observation On Pingchuan Particles In The Treatment Of Chronicity-Persistent Period In Bronchial Asthma (Yang Deficiency Type) And Its Effect On Th17/Treg Balance

Objective:To observe the Ping Chuan particles on patients with chronic bronchial asthma (Yang deficiency type), symptoms and lung function improved and the influence on peripheral blood of Th17/Treg balance, evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:A randomized controlled trial study method to 66 cases of patients with chronic bronchial asthma (Yang deficiency type) were divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (33 cases), the treatment group to the Ping Chuan particles, the control to salmeterol assigned powder inhaler. Observe two groups of medications in patients with clinical symptoms and signs improved, pulmonary function (FEV1, FEV1% and PEF), flow cytometry detection of two groups of CD4+ T cells the expression of Th17 and Treg and Th17/Treg ratio changes.Results:1.Ping Chuan particles treating bronchial asthma with chronic duration of clinical curative effect is distinct. The total effective rate was 93.75%, control rate was 90.63%, compared with the control group not significant (P>0.05)2.Ping Chuan particles can significantly improve lung wheeing sound and TCM Syndromes, especially in improving chills and cold extremities, lumbar genu aching and limp, pale face is better than that in control group (P<0.05)3.Ping Chuan particles after treatment ACT higher score than before (P<0.05), treatment group ACT score is better than the control group (P<0.05)4.Ping Chuan particles on pulmonary function (FEV1, FEV1/FVC%, PEF) in patients with no obvious improvement, comparison before and after the treatment has no statistical significance (P>0.05)5.The two groups after treatment of peripheral blood content of Th17 cells and the ratio of Th17/Treg cells were compared with the previous fall, but in front of the content of the Treg cells are also rising, but the comparison between the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05)Conclusion:1.Ping Chuan particles treating bronchial asthma with chronic duration (Yang deficiency type) curative effect significantly, can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs, no bad reaction.2.Ping Chuan particles can effectively improve the patient’s chills and cold extremities, lumbar genu aching and limp, pale face and ACT scores, and superior to the control group, can’t effectively improve the patient’s pulmonary function.3.Ping Chuan particles can effectively control in patients with peripheral blood of Th17/Treg imbalances.
