Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Pingchuan Acupuncture Prescription Combined With Budesonide Formoterol In The Treatment Of The Type Of Lung And Kidney Yang Deficiency Chronic Duration Of Bronchial Asthma

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Wenyang Pingchuan acupuncture Recipe on chronic persistent bronchial asthma of deficiency the type of lung and kidney yang.Methods:80 patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma of lung kidney yang deficiency type were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Among them,40 cases in the control group were treated with routine western medicine(inhaled with SYMBICORT TU RBUHALER-Budesonide and Formoterol Fum arate Powder for Inhalation),the other 40 cases in the observation group were using acupuncture(acupoints:DU14,GB20,RN17,RN6,KI3,BL13,SJ6,PC5),and suspended moxibustion method is used to moxibustion at RN6 during acupuncture.The patients in both groups were treated with SYMBICORT TU RBUHALER according to the doctor’s advice,the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group,7 days as a course of treatment,the observation group had 5 days of acupuncture and moxibustion rest for 2 days,and the patients on the control group was using SYMBICORT TU RBUHALER every day according to the doctor’s advice.The observation indexes of the two groups were compared after 4courses of treatment for a total of 4 weeks.The asthma control question-five(ACQ-5),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and exhaled nitric oxide index(Fe NO)of two groups were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:Finally,there were 3 cases of shedding,38 cases in the observation group and 39 cases in the control group.1.There was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease and severity of disease between 2 groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in ACQ-5 score,FEV1 value,Fe NO value and safety indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Asthma control questionnaire score(ACQ-5): About the ACQ-5 scores of the two Intra-groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1): The FEV1 value of the two groups after treatment was markedly higher than that before treatment,and the FEV1 value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Fractional exhaled nitric oxide(Fe NO): The Fe NO was decreased after treatment in both2 groups,and the decrease of Fe NO in observation group was better than that in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both conventional western medicine treatment and Wenyang Pingchuan Acupuncture Recipe combined with western medicine treatment can improve lung function and other indicators and clinical symptoms in patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma with lung and kidney Yang deficiency.2.Wenyang Pingchuan Acupuncture Recipe combined with western medicine is better than conventional western medicine in improving lung function and other indicators and clinical symptoms of chronic persistent bronchial asthma patients with lung and kidney Yang deficiency.
