| Objective:Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors occurring mainly in Asian countries especially in China. The mechanism of gastric cancer development remains is unclear, especially key proteins and key mechanism is not clear, and explore the mechanism of gastric cancer will be completely overcome gastric key. so detection of gastric cancer has become the current hot research field, this paper explored heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein(hn RNP K) in human gastric cancer.Methods:The protein levels of hn RNP K in two human gastric cell lines(gastric cancer cell MGC-803 and normal gastric mucosa epithelial cell GES-1) and four gastric cancer tissue microarrays containing 199 gastric cancer, 31 tumor- adjacent gastric mucosal and 98 normal gastric mucosa specimens were analyzed using immunohisto- chemistry analysis. The levels of hn RNP K in serum of 37 cases of gastric carcinoma patients, 22 cases of normal people were detected by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), compare the serum level of hn RNP K within these two groups; gastric cancer patients were divided into preoperative group andpostoperative group, the serum level of hn RNP K were counted and analysed.Results:1.The expression level of hn RNP K is significantly higher in gastric carcinoma compared with tumor- adjacent gastric mucosal and normal gastric mucosa analyzed by immunohistochemistry(P <0.05). 2.We also evaluate the relationship between the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer patents and hn RNP K expression level. We found that there was no correlation between hn RNP K expression and tumour site, the degree of differentiation, age or gender. But it was significantly higher during stage III and IV than stage I and stage II(P <0.05). It is also higher in lymph node metastasis group than non- lymph node metastasis group(P <0.05). 3.We found there is no correlation between gastric cancer patients and healthy volunteers after detecting the serum hn RNP K level. 4.There is also no significant between preoperative group and postoperative group(P >0.05).Conclusions:HnRNP K expression in gastric cancer, and in serum with low expression levels of hn RNP K... |
