Clinical Study Of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Treatment Of Spleen Dampness Typeanal Eczema

Purpose: By comparing the application of thunder fire moxibustion and application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of spleen dampness type anal eczema patients, to observe the improvement in the degree of itching, lesion area, rash, skin wet state of patients before and after treatment in two groups, so as to explore the thunder fire moxibustion in spleen dampness type treatment of eczema of anus.Method: This study observed the patients were from Jilin Province Chinese medicine hospitaloutpatient anorectal patients, 60 cases of perianal eczema were divided into two groups of 30 cases, the treatment group was treated with moxibustion therapy; the control group was given in our hospital anorectal fumigation washing(hospital preparations) treatment, twogroups were treated for 7 days respectively record; before and after treatment in twogroups of patients and the clinical curative effect of integral situation itching degree, extent of lesions, rash form, moist skin, all data using statistical software SPSS19.0 statistical analysis.Result: All 60 patients completed the clinical study, no adverse events. Through analysis andstatistical treatment, showing the treatment group(2 cases of clinical cure, 11 cases markedly effective, effective 12 cases, invalid 5 cases) and control group(1 cases of clinical cure, 5 cases, markedly effective 14 cases, invalid 10 cases) there are significant differences(P<0.05). The two group the total effective rate were 83.33% and 60.33%. The treatment of this disease thunder fire moxibustion is better than that of anorectalfumigation.Conclusion: hunder fire moxibustion for spleen dampness type anal eczema patients effectively improves the degree of itching, lesion area, moist skin and other clinical symptoms, and more Chinese medicine fumigation therapy significantly. No significant differences between the two kinds of therapy in improving the rash state. Thunder fire moxibustion therapy is simple and safe, exact curative effect, cheap price, not easy to produce dependence,simple to use, it is worthy of clinical application, for the treatment of spleen dampness typeanal eczema patients greatly improve the use rate of therapy of Chinese medicine, patients can self operation, relatively reduce themedical cost of patients. But by the small sample size, short time of research limitations, the need for further collection of patients were observed to improve the research.
