Clinical Observation Of LEIHUO Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture In Treating Stomachache(The Spleen And Stomach Deficiency-cold Type)

Objective:By comparing the curative effect of LEIHUO moxibustion combined with acupuncture and simple acupuncture in the treatment of epigastric pain(spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type),using statistical method to calculate,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of LEIHUO moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of epigastric pain(spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type),so as to confirm the feasibility of LEIHUO moxibustion combined with acupuncture in clinical practice,and provide new reference for clinical epigastric pain(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type).Methods:In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,72 patients with epigastric pain(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)from the affiliated hospital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture,liver,spleen and stomach outpatient department were included in the study,they were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group,the treatment group using LEIHUO moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment,the control group using simple acupuncture treatment,compared the symptom score and the HP infection recovery rate of two groups before and after treatment,to evaluate the curative effect of two methods.Results:(1)There were significant differences both the symptom score and the HP infection recovery rate in and between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.(2)After treatment,the comprehensive effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55 %,and that of the control group was 78.79 %.After calculation,P < 0.05,the curative effect of the two groups was different,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Both treatment methods can improve the symptoms of patients with epigastric pain(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type),and eliminate Helicobacter pylori to a certain extent.LEIHUO moxibustion combined with acupuncture is not only superior to simple acupuncture in improving symptoms and HP infection recovery rate,but also has high comprehensive effective rate and definite curative effect,which is worthy of promotion in clinic practice.
