Clinical Research Of Bushen Congming Decoction Addition And Subtraction In Treating The Syndromes Before And After Menopause Due To Kidney-yin Deficiency

Purpose: In this paper, The effect of Bushen Congming decoction as the main prescription clever, and with Kuntai capsules were compared. This ingenious observation decoction for treatment of the s ymptoms of the clinical effect of making its own technology to conduct a comprehensive assessment.Method : Select 60 visits before and after the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology all evidence of menopause were divided into two groups, 30 patients in each treatment group orally self smart kidney soup, the con trol group was given Kuntai capsules three times a day, every 4 oral, 1 month l treatment, once every 3 courses; sex hormone levels and s ymptom score values were observed, the establishment of a database, using SPSS19.0 statistical anal ysis.Result: Two groups of patients before and after treatment of sex hormone levels were significantly improved(P <0.05), between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group. Two groups of patients befor e and after treatment were improved symptom scores(P <0.05), the difference between groups was statisticall y significant(P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group. Two groups in total effective treatment group(86.7%) than the control group(7 0%), the statistical test, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion : Treated effect of Bushen Congming decoction premenstrual syndrome and menopause have a significant and reliable, worth y of further application after.
