| Objective: To investigate the impact of menstrual blood volume on treating Hypomenorrhea of patients with Bushen Zixue Decoction and investigating the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zixue Decoction on treating Hypomenorrhea.Methods: 60 cases in this article were provided by gynecology clinic of the Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.From January2014 to December 2015,conform to diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Hypomenorrhea of Kidney Deficiency.60 cases were random distributed to observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with Bushen Zixue Decoction,1 dose each day,water decocted through points 2 times take orally.The control group was treated with Wuji Baifeng pills,1 pill each time,2 times each day,take orally with warm water.The treatment period was 3 menstrual cycle and followed up for 3 months.Simultaneously,we investigated the changes of each group in menstrual blood volume,color,quality and menstrual period.Meanwhile,we investigated the changes of each group in clinical symptoms,endometrial thickness,sex hormones and the basal body temperature.The therapy' safety and efficacy of each group was determined by statistical software SPSS 20.0.Results: 1.On the changes of each group in menstrual blood volume:the observation group after treatment in score of menstrual blood volume by20.60±6.19 points to 50.20±11.60 points,the control group after treatment in score of menstrual blood volume by 20.90±6.01 points to 42.87±13.49 points,compared the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),menstrual blood volume were increased in both two groups after treatment.The menstrual blood volume difference value of two groups were compared after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Two groups after the follow-up treatment to improve the curative effect of comparison,the clinical cure rate of the observation group is 16.67%,the obvious effect rate is 46.67%,the effective rate is23.33%,and the total effective rate is 86.67%.The control group,the clinical cure rate is 3.33%,the obvious effect rate is 36.67%,the effective rate is30.00%,and the total effective rate is 70.00%.Compared the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),the observation group is better than the control group.2.On the changes of each group in clinical symptoms:the observation group after treatment in symptoms of total points by 19.60±5.42 points to5.73±4.66 points,the control group after treatment in symptoms of total points by 18.20±5.88 points to 7.73±5.87 points,compared the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The symptoms of total points difference value of two groups compared after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.01),the observation group is better than the control group.3.On the changes of each group in the endometrial thickness,sex hormones and the basal body temperature:compared two groups to improve the endometrial thickness,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.01),both groups can obviously promote the Midluteum endometrial hyperplasia and repair.Compared the two groups after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(p > 0.05),and two groups of medicine on the improvement of Midluteum endometrial thickness has noobvious difference(p > 0.05).Compare two groups on improving sex hormones situation,Bushen Zixue Decoction can be slightly elevated serum early follicular phase,FSH and E value(p < 0.05).On T,PRL and LH value had not significantly impacted(P > 0.05).Wuji Baifeng pills on FSH,E,T,PRL and LH value had not significantly impacted(P > 0.05).Compared the two groups before and after treatment,both groups had no obvious effect on the improvement of the basal body temperature(p > 0.05).4.Two groups of comprehensive curative effect comparison:the clinical cure rate of the observation group is 16.67%,the obvious effect rate is33.33%,the effective rate is 40.00%,and the total effective rate is 90.00%.The control group,the clinical cure rate is 3.34%,the obvious effect rate is23.33%,the effective rate is 50.00%,and the total effective rate is 76.67%.Compared the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Bushen Zixue Decoction has remarkable clinical curative effect on treatmeat of hypomenorrhea. |
