| Whether the health of the human beings would be influenced by the electro- magnetic radiation of the phones or not becomes one of the most hottest research issues at the present stage. This thesis focuses on how to reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation of mobile phones on the human brain, and applies it to the actual phone design. The main works are as follow:Firstly, the research status and standards of the Specific Absorption Rate(SAR) are described in detail, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the mobile phone antenna.Secondly, Based on the fundamental of mobile phone antennas and the structure of Planer Inverted F Antenna(PIFA), the characteristics of single- and dual-frequency PIFA are simulated and analyzed including radiation properties and the factors affecting antenna performance. The advantages and disadvantages of PIFA, and the influence on the human brain are presented especially.At last, the simulation research of the shield plate, which is used in the PIFA, the curved loop antenna and a monopole antenna respectively, is demonstrated particularly, the purpose is to reduce the EM radiation in the direction of human brain. The simulation results show that the radiation of mobile antennas reduces obviously and the SAR reduces effectively, with the shield plate structure in the dimension of human brain, which has practical value in the engineering applications. |
