Shu Ning Decoction Fumigation Treatment Of Vulva Clinical Observation Of Vulva Dystrophy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of topical shuning Decoction fumigationtreatment of vulvar dystrophy of vulva.Method: select2012December to2013December in Changchun University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine hospital gynecological clinic doctor, meet the criteria of70cases of vulvar dystrophy, according to randomized, controlled method of standardizedclinical study,70patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Thetreatment group were treated with topical shuning Decoction daily l agent, decocted in waterfor500ml, sooner or later the2genital fumigation, L4days for L treatment, observation ofcurative effect of continuous use after3courses. And were followed up for3months. Controlgroup: medication to Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Ointment, vulva skin, use method:2times, twice daily for14days,1period of treatment, after3course, curative effectobservation. And were followed up for3months. To observe the changes of symptoms andsigns of patients with the treatment group and the control group in the use of statisticalmethods to judge the clinical curative effect, the relationship between the changes and effectsof various parameters were statistically analyzed.Results：the treatment group:9cases were cured, the cure rate was25.7%;13cases weremarkedly effective,37.1%improved significantly;12cases were effective, efficient34.3%;1cases were ineffective, no efficiency of2.9%, the total effective rate was97.1%, control group:2cases were cured, the cure rate was5.7%;10cases were markedly effective,28.6%effectiverate; in13cases, efficiency of37.1%;10cases were ineffective, no efficiency of28.6%, thetotal effective rate was71.4%, compared with two groups of a total course of treatment, thedifference was significant (P<0.05), explain the treatment group in treatment of vulvardystrophy long-term efficacy was better than the control group.Conclusion: the treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of good methodis reliable, through the clinical observation, treatment group, control group in topical shuningDecoction fumigation treatment of vulvar dystrophy of vulva has better curative effect, theeffect is obvious, but the treatment group than the control group, and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical medical staff.
