Systematic Evaluation And Meta Analysis Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Recurrent Abortion

Objective:To collect the meta-analysis of the recurrent abortion and TCM treatment of recurrent abortion between 1997 and 2017,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM and Western medicine in comparison with simple therapy.The data of Chinese and Western medicine provide evidence-based evidence for clinical treatment.According to the classification of different causes of Chinese and Western medicine,explore the correlation between different types of Chinese medicine and different causes of Western medicine,summarize and summarize the existing Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and study the drug mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for treating different causes of Western medicine.Provide reference for medication.Methods:According to the requirements of evidence-based medicine,collect,include,exclude,summarize the qualified literature and conduct meta-analysis.Systematic quality evaluation of the included literature,evaluation of literature quality,clinical experimental design,summarization of the frequency of application of single-flavored drugs,etc.;Meta-analysis of the combined effect weights of the documents meeting the requirements,and making forest maps and funnel plots.Discuss the latest research progress and summarize the current stage of TCM to explore the drug mechanism for different types and Western medicine treatment methods for different causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Results:1.All 24 of the included literatures were RCT,and a total of 2419 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were included in the study.The quality of the included literature is generally low,and the treatment is compared with the traditional Chinese medicine prescription combined with Western medicine and western medicine alone.The outcome judgment indicators were mainly effective,and the study found that the treatment group was more effective than the western medicine control group.2.24 articles can be meta-analyzed.There is a risk of weak bias in the literature.The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on recurrent spontaneous abortion is statistically significant.The total effective rate of the experimental group(integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment)is 4.33 of the control group(simple western medicine treatment).Times,the OR value(95%CI)was 4.33([2.83 to 6.62]),(P<0.00001).3.There is a certain correlation between the symptoms of recurrent abortion and the etiology of Western medicine.Conclusion:1.Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is better than Western medicine alone,but the low quality of the literature may have an impact on the results.2.The high frequency medications involved in the main literature include the dodder,Dodder,Duzhong,White peony root,Prepared radix rehmanniae,Ejiao,Lanceolate,Astragalus,Atractylodes,and Loranthus parasiticus.The above drugs regulate the maternal secretion in modern pharmacological studies;enhance cellular immunity,improve maternal immune function;relax uterine smooth muscle,inhibit uterine contraction;antithrombotic,improve blood hypercoagulability and improve the rate of miscarriage of recurrent miscarriage.At present,Western medicine is mainly composed of progesterone,vitamin E,human chorionic gonadotropin and magnesium sulfate.3.There is a certain correlation between the TCM classification of recurrent spontaneous abortion and the etiology of Western medicine.In the treatment,the recurrent abortion caused by immune problems is mostly from the kidney deficiency;for the patients with prethrombotic state,the treatment of blood stasis is used.Symptomatic prescription.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.
