Clinical Research In Elderly Patients With Isolated Systolic Hypertension Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Bushenhuoxue Soup

Objective: This study analyzing a large number of clinical cases, this study observedkidney huoxue soup of kidney blood stasis in senile patients with simple systolichypertension clinical curative effect. By comparing before and after treatment in patientswith Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores,24dynamic measuring blood pressure,blood pressure, plasma fibrinogen index as a result, to explore the clinical value and effectof kidney huoxue soup mechanism.Method：On the premise of conventional western medicine treatment，60patientsclinical diagnosis for elderly isolated systolic hypertension and the type of kidney andblood stasis type of patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group30cases，High blood pressure level1to l benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine (blessed da); Highblood pressure level2to l benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine (blessed da) chlorine temple,the (Cozaar) of western medicine foundation treatment, Treatment group of30patients inthe control group on the basis of the same western medicine plus Bushenhuoxue decoction,morning and evening, were treated for four weeks, four weeks after treatment.Results: The experimental observation, four weeks after treatment, theantihypertensive efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05), and canbetter improve symptoms in patients with hypertension, the regulation of plasmafibrinogen, and after three conventional treatment, liver function, kidney function, ECGare abnormal changes.Conclusion: The clinical observation shows: Kidney Decoction isolated systolichypertension, kidney and blood stasis syndrome have better clinical efficacy, can improveclinical symptoms, better control of blood pressure. And there is a certain decrease in plasma fibrinogen, thereby improving arteriosclerosis state.
