Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Geqi Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Elderly Isolated Systolic Hypertension With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Geqi Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of elderly isolated systolic hypertension(EISH)with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,the objective is to provide clinical evidence for the further study of Geqi Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of elderly isolated systolic hypertension with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,to optimize the treatment plan of patients with elderly isolated systolic hypertension and improve patients’ living quality.Method:1.Seventy patients with elderly isolated systolic hypertension with qi deficiency and blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were selected.2.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,there were 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Western medicine(Amlodipine Besylate Tablets)for treatment.Patients in the experimental group were given the combination of Chinese and Western medicine(Geqi Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Amlodipine Besylate Tablets).One month was a course of treatment,and they were all treated for 1 course.3.The blood pressure(blood pressure in the clinic,24 h ambulatory blood pressure(ABP))and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:1.The comparison of the effect of blood pressure in the clinic: the control group and the experimental group can reduce the systolic blood pressure level in the clinic.The total effective rate on decreasing blood pressure in the experimental group was 88.57%,and the total effective rate on decreasing blood pressure in the control group was 74.29%.Compared with the control group,the experimental group can more effectively reduce the systolic blood pressure level in the clinic(P <0.05).2.The comparison of the efficacy of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure: the control group and the experimental group can reduce the average systolic blood pressure level of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure.The total effective rate on decreasing blood pressure in the experimental group was 94.29%,and the total effective rate on decreasing blood pressure in the control group was 88.57%.Compared with the control group,the experimental group can more effectively reduce the systolic blood pressure level of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure(P<0.05).3.The comparison of single TCM symptoms scores before and after treatment:compared with the control group,the experimental group was better in terms of improving the symptoms of dizziness,headache,shortness of breath,weakness,spontaneous sweating,disinclination to talk and other syndromes(P <0.05).However,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of improving limb numbness or hemiplegia,scaly skin,forgetfulness,tingling,blood stasis and other syndromes(P> 0.05).4.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment: the experimental group and the control group can reduce the total score of TCM syndrome,and there was a significant difference between the groups in each group(P <0.05);After treatment,for the comparison between the groups,the experimental group was better than the control group,there was a significant difference(P <0.05),which showed that the experimental group was more effective on reducing the total score of TCM syndrome compared with the control group.5.Before and after treatment,each group performed the examination of blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,liver function,renal function,and electrocardiogram,and there were no obvious abnormalities(P> 0.05),which showed that the treatment methods of each group were safe.Conclusion:Geqi Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets in the treatment of elderly isolated systolic hypertension with qi deficiency and blood stasis type can better control the systolic blood pressure of patients and significantly improve the clinical symptoms and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical application is safe and effective.
