The Clinical Effect Of Qinggan Decoction And Red Light Therapy In Treating Liver Damp Heat Type Of Herpes Zoster

Purpose: This paper has discussed the clinical effect of treating liver damp heattype of herpes zoster in Qinggan Decoction and red light therapy,with the method ofcompare,in order to explore new ideas and methods for shortening the course ofdisease,relieving pain and improving the prognosis of treatment.Method: After sifting the cases of illness,from October2012to February2014,inthe Dermatology Departmentof the Affiliated Hospital Shandong University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine, webrought those up-to-standard cases intoour study,andthen divided them into two groups, treatment group and control grouprandomly, andeach includes30cases.The result was that there is no apparent difference(P>0.05),ongenders,ages,diseased parts,courses of disease when firstly diagnosed and the clinicalmanifestationbetween two groups of patients,which proved the comparability amongthem.We adopted different treatments to treat two groups of patients, with each courseof treatment21days,and a follow-up visitis on the day1months later. And the last step iscounting and analysing the clinical curative effect ofthe twoprogects, and then test thestatistical difference between them on shortening course of disease, relieving pains, etc.Results:(1)The total effective rate in treatment group was93.33%, and that incontrol group was66.67%,which proved that the curative effect of treatment group wasobviously higher than that of control group.(2)in treatment group was obviously shortenthe course of disease, pain time shorter than the control group.(3) in treatment groupneuralgia incidence rate was10%,20%in the control group, the prognosis of treatmentgroup is better than control group.
