Therapeutic Effect Of Yuantong Mixture Combined With Pricking Collaterals And Cupping On Herpes Zoster Of Hepatobiliary Damp Heat Type

Objective To observe the curative effect and clinical safety of Yuantong mixture combined with puncture and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster of hepatobiliary damp heat type,so as to provide clinical basis for the promotion and use of Yuantong mixture combined with puncture and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster of hepatobiliary damp heat type.Methods:From June 2019 to December 2019,a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.Before the treatment,the general data of age,course of disease,location of herpes in the three groups were statistically analyzed.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Both groups were given basic treatment(antiviral,neurotrophic,external medication),the control group was given Yuantong mixture,50 ml each time,twice a day.On this basis,the treatment group was treated once every other day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.The patients were followed up 60 days after treatment.Observe and record the skin rash(time to stop blister,time to scab and time to remove scab),visual simulation score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,comprehensive effect,the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia,and whether there are complications,infection,scald,subcutaneous hematoma,gastrointestinal discomfort and other adverse reactions after treatment.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze all the data and determine the efficacy.Results 1.The treatment group was shorter than the control group in terms of blister stopping time,scab forming time and scab removing time(P < 0.05).2.The visual analogue score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the two groups were significantly reduced before treatment,after the first day of treatment,after one course of treatment and one month after treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P value was less than 0.05,with statistical significance.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.7%,compared with 76.7% of the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher,P value was less than 0.05,with statistical significance.4.On the 60 th day after the treatment,PHN occurred in 2 cases in the treatment group and 12 cases in the control group.Compared with the two groups,the incidence of PHN in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05);5.In the course of treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Results Yuantong mixture combined with pricking and cupping can effectively treat herpes zoster.Yuantong mixture has the effect of clearing away the heat of liver and gallbladder,clearing the liver and dampness and heat,so that the toxin of dampness and heat in the body can be discharged from the body.Pricking and cupping can discharge congestion,dredge meridians and collaterals,regulate the Qi and blood in viscera,and achieve the effect of reducing pain.Yuantong mixture combined with pricking collaterals and cupping can not only promote the recovery of rash,reduce the pain and anxiety of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,but also significantly reduce the risk of sequelae neuralgia,and the incidence of adverse reactions has not increased,which is a clinical treatment plan that can be promoted.
