The Study Of Interstitial Pneumonia In Chinese Medicine Cure Law And Series Hebal Medicine

Objective：Observe the clinical effects of Integrative Chinese and Western medicinetreatment of interstitial pneumonia,comparing the difference of western medicine treatment,discuss the mechanism Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of interstitialpneumonia preliminarily.Methods：100patients were divided into eight groups:the type of phlegm-heatobstructing lungs（western medicine treatment）,the type of phlegm-stasis（westernmedicine treatment）,the type of Lungs and spleen deficiency syndrome（western medicinetreatment）,the type of Lungs kidney deficiency syndrome （western medicinetreatment）,the type of phlegm-heat obstructing lungs（integrative chinese and westernmedicine treatment）,the type of phlegm-stasis（integrative chinese and western medicinetreatment）,the type of Lungs and spleen deficiency syndrome（integrative chinese andwestern medicine treatment），the type of Lungs kidney deficiency syndrome（integrativechinese and western medicine treatment）.Western medicine treatment group impleme-ntation of conventional western medicine treatment;and give symptomatic treatment ofintegrative chinese and western medicine treatment group at the same time,time for amonth. Contrast the treatment of symptoms between groups before and after,the Indicatorsare symptom、sign、chest CT、pulmonary function、hematological examinations.Results:The total effective rate in the type of phlegm-heat obstructing lungs（westernmedicine treatment） was87.5%,the type of phlegm-stasis（western medicine treatment）was85.71%,the type of Lungs and spleen deficiency syndrome（western medicine treatment） was81.82%,the type of Lungs kidney deficiency syndrome （westernmedicine treatment） was88.89%,the type of phlegm-heat obstructing lungs（integrativechinese and western medicine treatment） was91.67%,the type of phlegm-stasis（integrative chinese and western medicine treatment） was95%,the type of Lungs andspleen deficiency syndrome（integrative chinese and western medicine treatment） was92.86%,the type of Lungs kidney deficiency syndrome（integrative chinese and westernmedicine treatment） was91.67%.integrative chinese and western medicine treatmentgroup had significant difference compared with western medicine treatment group.There isno significant difference in improving patient CT score between integrative chinese andwestern medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group.There is nosignificant difference between eight treatment group.Conclusion: Both integrative Chinese and western medicine treatment and westernmedicine treatment can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve lungfunction,adjust patients’ indicators lactate dehydrogenase,T cell subsets, immunoglobulin,red blood cells,hematocrit,blood sedimentation.Integrative Chinese and western medicinetreatment effect is superior to western medicine treatment.
