Clinical Study On Treatment Of Spleen-deficiency Phlegm Dampness Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Jia-Jian-Cang-Fu-Dao-Tan-Wan Combined With Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jia-Jian-Cang-Fu-Dao-Tan-Wan combined with western medicine in the treatment of spleen-deficiency phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome,and to provide feasible ideas and methods for the treatment of spleen-deficiency phlegm-dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome.Method Patients with spleen-deficient phlegm-dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the combined Chinese and western medicine group(30 cases),the western medicine group(30 cases)and the Chinese medicine group(30 cases).Completed the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group(29 cases),western medicine group(28 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine group(28 cases).The Chinese and western medicine combination group took the Chinese medicine "Jia-Jian-Cang-Fu-Dao-Tan-Wan" combined with the western medicine "diane-35,metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets".Western medicine group took "diane-35,metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets".TCM group to take "Jia-Jian-Cang-Fu-Dao-Tan-Wan".Three consecutive menstrual cycles were treated,and the changes of menstrual cycle and menstrual volume before and after treatment and three months after drug withdrawal in the three groups were observed,as well as the scores on the TCM clinical symptom scale,Changes in T,LH,LH/FSH,INS,IR levels,BMI and acne improvement.All the date were analyed by SPSS19.0 software.Results In improving the TCM syndrome,the combined medicine group and the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the western medicine group.After the withdrawal of the drug,this two groups were also more effective in the long-term treatment of TCM syndrome.LH,LH/FSH and T of the combined medicine group and the western medicine group are better than the Chinese medicine group.in the long-term treatment of LH,LH/FSH and T,the combined medicine group and the Chinese medicine group have the same effect,and is better than the western medicine group.There was no significant difference in the recent efficacy of the combined medicine group,the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group.The combined medicine group and the Chinese medicine group are more effective in the forward improvement of the treatment,and are superior to the western medicine group.In the case of Insulin reduction and improving IR,the combined medicine group are superior to the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group,No matter in the recent and long-term results.The overall effect of the combined medicine group was superior to the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group,and it was not possible to think that the curative effect of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine groupwas different.Conclusion The effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of the polycystic ovary syndrome was obvious.The effect of Jia-Jian-Cang-Fu-Dao-Tan-Wan and combined medication "diane-35,metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets" in the treatment of spleen-deficiency phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome was obvious.
