In both of the high and middle doseage groups were statistically significant. MZO has the role of inhibition anal swelling.Secondly, In the middle and low dosage, MZO has good role to promote wound repair, what is caused by burned and infective in skin tissue. Most rat’s ulcer had healed. But the treatment effects were in inverse proportion of dosage. Meanwhile, MZO could increase serum SOD levels and Hyp, SOD levels in skin tissue, which has antioxidant power, improve SOD enzyme activity in skin and blood, promote collagen protein synthesis, accelerate wound healing.Thirdly, for early inflammatory response, MZO, could obviously cut down the evan’s blue dye leakage in abdominal cavity, inhibit local tissue edema caused by exogenous stimulating, reduce ear edema of mice and paw edema increase of rats, has good anti-inflammatory effect. MZO could restrain leukocytoplania caused by carboxy methyl cellulose in rats, also. And then, MZO could reduce granuloma formation of rats under cotton pellet implantation. All of it suggested that MZO has effect on acute and subacute inflammation.2. Effects on the treated-mice bloodOn the one hand, MZO has the function of blood circulation, according the experiments of improving pinna and mesenteric blood microcirculation in mice.On the other hand, MZO could cut down mice clotting and hemostasis time. It may had to promote the role of platelet aggregation. It’s also could reduce the PT, improve the APTT, FIB and AT, which the results arenot significantly, according blood coagulation factor levels in rabbits serum. It suggested that MZO has effect on improving activity of body blood coagulation factors and blood circulation, to depress thrombosis, and with better security.3. OthersFirstly, MZO could restrain the change of mice’s vessel permeability; improve the indexes of thymus and spleen on mice, suggesting that MZO has effect on immune regulation. But it could not obviously enhancing immune organ function. And with antibacterial, antiallergic, analgesic, antipruritic, MZO could play the role of relieving hemorrhoids symptoms.
