Exploration And Analysis Regularities Of Prof.hou Aihua In Treating Breast Cancer Based On Python

1.Research objective:Data mining analysis of Professor Hou Aihua’s medication rules for the treatment of breast cancer by Python software,and summarize the identification and treatment ideas and core drug pairs of breast cancer.Exploring the main components and potential mechanisms of action of core drug pairs in the treatment of breast cancer,combined with network pharmacological methods.2.Research Methods:2.1Retrospective research methods were used to collect breast cancer cases meting the inclusion criteria admitted by Professor Hou Aihua of Yan Tai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2019 to October2022.Based on the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Malignant Tumors of Traditional Chinese Medicine",the collected cases were classified by TCM differentiation and treatment stage under the guidance of Professor Hou Ahua.The database of traditional Chinese medicine attributes and prescription information is established,and the corresponding program is coded in Python software to conduct frequency of medicinal use statistics,association rule analysis and to visual display the database.To summarize the medication rules and core drug pair analysis of Professor Hou Aihua for the treatment of breast cancer.2.2 Based on network pharmacology,the active ingredients of core drug pairs and breast cancer disease targets were obtained,and the network diagram of intersection target and related action pathways were established.The potential mechanism of "tangerine peel-banxia" in the treatment of breast cancer was analyzed.3.Research results:3.1 A total of 192 patients were included,216 prescriptions were included,and 293 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were included.The analysis and summary were carried out from the five TCM certificate types and five Western medicine clinical treatment stages.The top ten Chinese medicines in terms of overall frequency of medication are: poria,tangerine peel,ginger banxia,licorice,astragalus,bran fried baishu,codonopsis,jujube,beichai hu,fried chicken inner gold.The four qi are warm,cold,flat,cool and hot.The five flavors are sweet,bitter,spicy,sour,astringent,light and salty.The meridians are mainly attributed to the spleen,liver,lungs,stomach,heart and kidneys.Through the analysis of association rules,it is concluded that the most commonly used combination of drug pairs is "tangerine peel-ginger banxia",on this basis,different symptom types and different Western medicine treatment stages are combined to distinguish and treat,and the evidence is added and subtracted.3.2 The high-frequency core drugs analyzed by data mining technology obtained 18 active ingredients of tangerine peel and banxia and 102 targets of active ingredients for "tangerine peel-banxia" through the TCMSP platform.A total of 15,970 breast cancer disease targets were obtained using the Gencards database.91 active ingredient-disease intersection targets were obtained.The network diagram of intersecting targets was constructed,suggesting that BX2,BX3,BX4,CP3 and CP4 were the core active ingredients.The PPI results of the intersecting targets showed that TP53,Jun,VEGFA,ESR1,MAPK3 and other targets were core targets.GO functional results involved 1186 biological processes,92 cellular components,158 molecular functions,and KEGG results involved 154 pathways.The main pathways involved include PEK signaling pathway,PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,VEGF signaling pathway,etc.,suggesting that "tangerine peel-banxia" may play an anti-breast cancer role through the above components,targets and pathways.4.Research Conclusion:Professor Hou believes that the core pathogenesis of breast cancer is liver depression and spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis interjunction.Hou Aihua treatment Breast cancer is mainly treated by invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver,dispelling phlegm and dispersing nodes,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and nourishing the liver and kidney,regulating Chongren,Replenishing qi and nourishing blood,clearing heat and detoxifying.Adhere to the combination of treatment stage and syndrome differentiation,the drugs are mostly Qi and Yin,attack and supplement Shi,Fuzhengdispelling evil,to flat for a period.
