The Therapeut Effect Of Longgu Muli Decoction On Quality Of Life Of Patients With Hypertension

Objective: Observe Chaihu add Longgu Muli Decoction on improving quality of lifeof patients of Gan Yang Shang Kang dizziness and hypertension, provides the theory basisfor clinical application. Methods:60hypertensive patients with Gan Yang Shang Kangdizziness randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group30patients and controlgroup30patients. Experimental group received Chaihu add Longgu Muli Decoctioncombined with Western conventional antihypertensive treatment, the control group wasgiven conventional treatment of Western Medicine,for8weeks. Observe blood pressure、symptoms and QOL changes before and after treatment in patients. Results: The BP valueof the two groups was decreased obviously compared with Pre-treating, and there werestatistic differences. But between the e experimental group and control grop showed nosignificant difference.TCM syndrome integral: The experimental group can significantlyimprove the clinical symptom scores, the total efficiency of93.5%; The quality of life: themea-sured11dimensions of the both goups were declined, while as the test group wasmore obvious than the control group.There were significant differences (P<0.05) at theaspects of collection value, sleeping, activity,hostility, depression, sensitivity about peoplerelatio-nship et al, and extreme differences (P<0.01)at the aspects of physiologicalfunctions, somatization symptom, oblige symptom et al in the test group from controlgroup.Conclusion: Chaihu add Longgu Muli decoction can obviously improve thesymptoms and signs in patients of Gan Yang Shang Kang dizziness and hypertension, theparticles can greatly improve the QOL in patients with hypertension, protecting vascularendothelium.
