Clinical Study Of Core Decompression, Autologous Bone Marrow Transplantation Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Early,mid Stage Of Alcoholic ONFH

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of core decompression, autologous bonemarrow transplantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in early,mid stage ofalcoholic avascular necrosis of the femoral head,in order to provide a feasible, effectivetreatment method which was acceptable to patients for early,mid stage of alcoholicavascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methords: This subject selected120male inpatients,all accepting operationtreatment,afflicted with early or mid stage of alcoholic avascular necrosis of the femoralhead from department of orthopedics, Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the cityof Zaozhuang from September,2011to September,2013.All patients were randomly dividedinto traditional Chinese medicine with core decompression, autologous bone marrowtransplantation group and core decompression alone,autologous bone marrowtransplantation group with60patients in each group.Results:All subjects were followed up for6months, no adverse consequences,successfully completing this study.By statistical software we processed that traditionalChinese medicine with core decompression, autologous bone marrow transplantation issuperior to core decompression alone,autologous bone marrow transplantation in early,midstage of alcoholic avascular necrosis of the femoral head in Harris clinical evaluation ofhip function and X-ray imaging evaluation.MRI imaging evaluation showed no difference.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine with core decompression, autologous bonemarrow transplantation has more significant effect than core decompression alone,autologous bone marrow transplantation,and is conducive to the restoration andreconstruction of necrosis region of the femoral head,delays collapse of the femoral head,relieves pain, improves joint function.Traditional Chinese Medicine emphysizes the earlytreatment combined with the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and syndromedifferentiation and has advantage in ideas, is a major feature of traditional ChineseMedicine,and also is the most common and most easily accepted treatment modality inpatients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head.This method is simple and reliable, has lesstrauma and less side effects. Failure does not affect the subsequent transfor of vascuiarizeperiosteum flap and total hip arthroplasty.There is of great significance to improve patients’psychological state and the quality of life.
