Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Gushiling Combined With Core Decompression On ARCO ? And ? Stage Of Femoral Head Necrosis

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(Gushiling)combined with femoral head drilling and decompression and bone grafting on avascular necrosis of the femoral head and.Methods: Through the clinic,health examination,inspection,the use of MRI hip X-ray technique on patients with femoral head necrosis,especially hip trauma,diving,hyperlipidemia,long-term use of hormones and long-term drinking of femoral head necrosis in high-risk population screening,screening with femoral head necrosis,according to ARCO select the staging of stage I and II patients with a total of 52 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,26 cases in each group.Set the control group without contraindication,perfect for femoral intramedullary decompression with bone graft surgery treatment before operation,only the corresponding treatment associated with surgery after surgery;treatment group for the femoral head core drilling decompression and bone grafting surgery,perioperative period and after discharge were rules of traditional Chinese medicine since Gushiling,comprehensive treatment.Choose the visual analogue scale to express the pain index(VAS score),Harris hip function(Haris score)evaluation standard for evaluation of hip joint function,further combined with X-ray and CT and MRI examination index comprehensive evaluation,and regular follow-up,observe the treatment effect of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results: Two cases were through the above two methods in the treatment of more than 4-6 months after follow-up comprehensive score comparison: the treatment group of 26 cases after Gushiling of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with femoral head core drilling decompression bone grafting after comprehensive treatment,11 cases were excellent,10 cases good,3 cases.Poor in 2 cases,efficiency of 92.31%;control group of 26 cases with simple femoral intramedullary decompression with bone graft surgery after treatment,4 cases were excellent,good in 4 cases,6 cases,poor in 12 cases,efficiency of 53.85%.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine femoral intramedullary decompression with bone graft in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head has good clinical curative effect,provides a good and effective method for the treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head.
