The Clinical Research On Jia Wei Gu Yin Decoction Treating Dysfunctional Uteirne Bleeding Of Luteal Phase Defect With Kidney Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jia Wei Gu Yin Decoction(JWGYD) onthe treatment of ovulatory menstrual dysfunctional uterine bleeding of luteal phase defectwith kidney deficiency,try to understand the method of treatment.Methods:52patientswere divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group (26cases,treated with JWGYDand the control group(26cases,treated with Fu Ke Zai Zao capsule).Observed theimprovement of clinical symptoms and signs of patients,the BBT,the endocrine hormone(P、LH、PRL)and the thick of endometrium. Result: The treatment group clinical curativeeffect and symptom improve situation is much better than control group,the clinical totalefficiency is92.3％and the control group is65.4％.There is significant difference betweenthem(P<0.05). The treatment group in improving the shift term and high-temperature dateof BBT,revise endocrine (P、LH、PRL) levels and improving the endometrial thicknesscurative effect is distinct,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions:JWGYD canregulate the level of sex hormones,improve the shift term and high-temperature of BBTand endometrial thickness. Thus JWGYD is an effective prescription of luteal phase defectwith kidney deficiency.
