Clinical Observation Of Soak With Kuxiaojian And Inunction With Huadaisan For Acute Perianal Eczema

Objective: Clinical efficacy of hydropathic compress with kuxiaojian and inunction withhuadaisan treating acute perianal eczema. Methods: Select the cases met the inclusion criteria,90patients were randomly divided into three groups, the treatment groupâ… 30cases, given soak withkuxiaojian and inunction with huadaisan,morning and evening; treatment groupâ…¡30patients,givensoak with kuxiaojian,morning and evening; control group of30patients received soak with skindisease lotion, morning and evening. Respectively in the first three days after treatment,7days,10days outpatient visits, assessing treatment effect was observed. Results: Clinical studies have shownthat, in much the same situation as age, sex, disease distribution of patients, the clinical efficacy ofthe treatment groupâ…  comprehensive acute perianal eczema on the heat better than the treatmentgroupâ…¡ and control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions did not occur during the three groups ofpatients. Conclusion: Soak with kuxiaojian and inunction with huadaisan efficacy of acute perianaleczema heat better than soak with kuxiaojian alone or soak with skin disease lotion alone, cansignificantly improve the symptoms of eczema in patients with acute perianal effective, Nosignificant side effects, is an effective treatment for acute perianal eczema heat.
