| Objective: The main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence of Ermiao Eczema Decoction combined with borate zinc oxide borneol ointment in the treatment of damp-heat perianal eczema,evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and seek new therapeutic ideas for further improving the therapeutic effect of this disease and improving the quality of life of patients.Methods: In this study,82 patients who met the inclusion criteria of dampy heat type perianal eczema were selected from the first Department of Anorectal Surgery,Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2022 to August 31,2022 and signed informed consent.By random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zinc borate oxide borneol ointment,twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening.The treatment group was first given Ermiao Eczema decoction sit-bath perianal skin,and then swab boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment,twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening.7 days for one course of treatment,two courses of treatment for a total of 14 days.Perianal itching degree score,itching frequency score,skin shape score,skin area score,moisture and effusion score,and life quality score were observed and recorded before treatment and after each course of treatment.Patients were followed up three months after the end of the two treatment courses to determine relapse in both groups.All the data were analyzed statistically by SPSS 25.0 software to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result: 1.Comparison of general conditions: the gender,age,disease duration and six observation index scores of the two groups before treatment were compared.The statistical analysis showed that P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Within-group comparison:(1)The 6 observed indicators of the treatment group after 1 course of treatment were compared with those before treatment,all P <0.01,showing a statistically significant difference.The six observed measures in the treatment group after two courses of treatment were respectively compared with those before treatment,all P<0.01,and the difference was also statistically significant.(2)The six observed indicators of the control group after 1 course of treatment were compared with those before treatment,all P<0.01,indicating a significant difference.The six observed measures in the control group after two courses of treatment were compared to those before treatment,all P<0.01,which were also statistically significant.3.Comparison between groups:(1)After treatment a course of treatment group perianal itching degree,skin area,moisture and exudate,quality of life score with the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,treatment group of perianal itching frequency,skin lesions and the control group,P>0.05,the difference is not statistical significance.(2)After two courses of treatment,all the observation indexes in the treatment group were compared with the control group,P< 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of the overall efficacy between the two groups: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.5%,P<0.01 by rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of recurrence between the two groups: All patients were followed up three months after the end of treatment,and the recurrence rate was 2.56% in the treatment group and 18.18% in the control group.By rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.No adverse effects occurred in either group during the treatment procedure.Conclusion:(1)Ermiao eczema soup combined with boric zinc oxide borneol ointment or using boric zinc oxide borneol ointment alone has a therapeutic effect on wet heat injection type perianal eczema.(2)Two wonderful eczema soup combined boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment treatment injection type perianal eczema effect is better than using boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment alone,treatment after a course of treatment group in improve anal itching degree,skin area,moisture and exudate,quality of life is better than the control group,in perianal itching frequency,skin damage pattern and control group has no obvious difference.After two courses of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the recurrence rate of the combination was low,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.(3)The selected drugs in the whole clinical study did not have any adverse reactions,indicating that Ermiao eczema soup and boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment are safe and reliable. |
