Objective: This study aimed to investigate Shenkang injection’s clinicalefficacy of elderly patients with chronic renal insufficiency, and to exploreits mechanism of action,Hope for explore more effective ways to treat elderlypatients with chronic renal insufficiency, Provide a reliable theoretical basisand experimental research data and clinical applications. Methods: Collected60cases of hospitalized elderly patients with chronicrenal insufficiency’s clinical research data from the Affiliated Hospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, using odd and evennumbers randomly to divide cases into experimental group and Control group, following the experimental methods and procedures to treat. Observe andcollect indexes and using statistics to analysis them, then come to conclusion.Results:(1)There are significant differences between experimental groupand control group in improving syndromes(P<0.05),but there are nosignificant differences in improving individual aspects of TCM symptomsbetween the two groups(P>0.05).(2) There are significant differencesbetween experimental group and control group in improving TCM syndromescore(P<0.05), the experimental group is better than the control group.(3)There are significant differences between experimental group andcontrol group in improving Scr〠Ccr〠Bunã€24h-UPro(P<0.05).(4)There are significant differences between experimental group and controlgroup in improving the total effect(P<0.05), the experimental group is better than the control group.(5) There are significant differences betweenexperimental group and control group in security check(P>0.05),there areno adverse reactions. Conclusion: Shenkang injection combined with conventional therapy isgood and useful for elderly patients with chronic renal insufficiency and hasno significant adverse reactions, is clinically to further research and promote. |
