Treatment Effect And Clinical Application Of Shen Kang Suppository For Chronic Kidney Disease

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenkang Suppository in patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Method:Ninety patients with chronic renal insufficiency from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment and dietary balance.The patients in the control group were treated with Bailing capsule as the basic treatment.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Bailing capsule at the same time,anal into Shenkang Suppository,and the patients were observed for 3 months.The difference between the two groups was observed.Result:Serum creatinine and serum astigmatin C were significantly decreased(P<0.01),blood urea nitrogen and serum uric acid were also different(P<0.05)in the experimental group,but there was no significant difference before and after the control group(P>0.05).Also the degree of hemoglobin rise in the experimental group was also significantly different(P<0.01),while the control group only had a certain degree difference in hemoglobin(P<0.05).At the same time,the two groups of patients in accordance with 133<creatinine<265(μmol/L),and creatinine>265(μmol/L)for stratification analysis,found that: compared with before treatment,the experimental group of patients with creatinine decreased significant(P<0.05);serum cystatin C decreased(P<0.01)and uric acid decreased(P<0.05)for patients with early renal insufficiency with creatinine<265(μmol/L).Urea nitrogen(P=0.05)can also be inferred in the experimental group after treatment,serum urea nitrogen can be reduced to a certain extent,;With more,hemoglobin increased more significantly(P<0.05),while the observation group only in the degree of hemoglobin rise has a guiding significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenkang Suppository has a significant effect on chronic renal insufficiency.
