Pharmaceutical Studies Of Juaetianma Granules

OBJECTIVE:Based on the research of the Jugetianma granules pharmacy, determined the reasonable technological conditions, controllable quality, better stability of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine. To provide a certain scientific basis for industrial production and clinical application of Jugetianma granules.METHODS:The best process was optimized by using orthogonal test.The volatile oil extracted by β-cyclodextrin inclusion; This prescription were identified by thin layer chromatography (TCL), Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the content of puerarin in radix puerariae; To establish a fingerprint of Jugetianma granules; The preliminary stability study we take sample observation method at room temperature.RESULTS and CONCLUSION:Firstly, the best process for dual extraction part were that add8times amount of water to extraction volatile oil for5hours, filtration,then add water extracting for2times, each time for1hour; The best technology of the alcohol extraction part were that add5times amount of70%ethanol, extracting for3times, each time for3hours.Secendly, the best inclusion process of volatile oil were that volatile oil with β-cyclodextrin ratio is1:10, inclusion temperature for40℃, stirring time for3hours.Thirdly, we established the TCL identification method of Radix puerariae,Chrysanth-emum, Angelica, Gastrodia elata and ligusticum wallichii. The results show the chromato-graphy of test samples exerted the same color sports with the contrast in corresponding position, negative without interference, and could be used for identifycation of traditional Chinese medicine from the and could be used for identification of traditional Chinese medicine from the preparation. Fourthly, the content of effective component Puerarin were determined by HPLC method, methanol with0.1%acetic acid (30:70) as mobile phase, the experiment proved the method was simple, reliable, moderate puerarin retention time, and achieved the purpose of quality control. Fifthly, the established fingerprint determination method can obtain more chromatographic peak, and the chromatographic peak has good separation effect, the fingerprint similarity were greater than0.9, meets the requirements.sixthly, the preliminary stability test results showed that the Jugetianma granules have good stability.
