Research On Preparation And Quality Qtandard Of Fu Huang Qranule

OBJECTIVE Study on the economic and more efficient extraction and forming process of Fuhuang granules,and study on the quality standard of Fuhuang granule,lay the foundation for the application and development of Fuhuang granules.METHOD Triterpenes as indexes,orthogonal experiment was used for the screening of the alcohol extraction process of Ephedra and Fructus Corni in Fuhuang granules.Total polysaccharides and astragaloside IV as indexes,orthogonal experiment was used for the screening of the water extraction process of the residue of the ethanol extraction of Poria Fructus Corni and Morus alba,Radix Astragali,Herba Ephedrae.the content of effective components as the index,the concentration and drying process of liquid medicine were screened.The dosage and physical and chemical characteristics of granules were used as index to determine the best forming process.Make the quality standard of Fuhuang granules.RESULTS Ephedra and Fructus Corni were added with 10 times 80% ethanol and soaked for 0.5 h,boiled twice,1.5 h for each time,and remove ethanol completely.The alcohol extraction process and Radix Astragali,Morus alba,Herba Ephedrae were added with 10 times water and soaked for 0.5 h,boiled 3 times,1.h for each time,and evaporated under reduced pressure to the clear paste with the relative density of 1.11-1.14.The extracts were mixed with ethanol extract concentrate and evaporated to the thick paste with the relative density of 1.2-1.3.The proportion of excipients was determined for soluble starch(extract powder: accessories(1:1.2)),added to suitable accessories and vacuum dried under80 ℃,crushed into fine powder,added with remaining accessories to mix uniformity.Soft material was made by 90% ethanol.Were obtained for granulation with ethanol and drying.Ephedra,Radix Astragali,Morus alba and Fructus Corni were identified by TLC.Astragaloside IV and loganin in Fuhuang granules were determined by HPLC.Fingerprint of Fuhuang granules was determined.Room-temperature observative method was used to make preliminary stability study of Fuhuang granules.CONCLUSIONS The best extraction and forming process was determined for Fuhuang granules,and the process is simple and efficient.And the quality standards were determined.Fuhuang granules has good stability.
