| Objective: To investigate animal studies ginseng kidney capsule onchronic renal failure rat kidney function, kidney tissue HGF, PDGF,BMP-7expression for the clinical treatment of chronic renal failureto provide a theoretical basis.Methods: Unilateral nephrectomy adriamycin acceleratedglomerular sclerosis were randomly divided into five groups areblank control group, model control group, benazepril group, spleenand kidneys drug group, removing blood stasis Drug groups of12rats, after successful treatment model to observe28days, theapplication of ELISA, immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR assay inrats pro-fibrotic cytokines PDGF and anti-fibrotic cytokines HGF,BMP-7expression levels in the blood, urine and renal tissue.Results: Participation in serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogencontent of rat kidney capsule group reduce its role weaker thanbenazepril group,better than the Su Huang Xiezhuo pill group,butwith the model group were statistically significant (P <0.05).Reference to the kidney capsule of rats24-hour urinary proteinexcretion decreased statistically more effective than treatment withbenazepril group and Su Huang Xiezhuo pill group, compared withmodel group were statistically significant (P<0.05).Ginsengcapsules can affect the kidneys and kidney tissue of rats withchronic renal failure in the anti-fibrotic cytokines HGF, BMP-7expression and pro-fibrotic cytokines PDGF,and its role is weakerthan benazepril group,compared with model group were there wasstatisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Participation in rat kidney capsule can reduce serumcreatinine,blood urea nitrogen can reduce24-hour urinary proteinexcretion in rats,reference to the kidney capsule enables renal tissue of rats with chronic renal anti-fibrotic cytokines HGF, BMP-7expression increased excretion of pro-fibrotic cytokines PDGFreduced. |
