Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To observe how Shenqi Buxin pi ll influence on the rat model of coronary heart disease disease ICAM‐1、 VCAM‐1mRNA level to study the mechanism and effect of Shenqi Buxin pi ll.Methods:60rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group, Xintong oral liquid group and high dose of Shenqi Buxin pi ll group,midd le dose of Shenqi Buxin pill group,low dose of Shenqi Buxin pi ll group,10rats in each group. Using in situ hybridization find how Shenqi Buxin pill influence on the rat model of coronary heart disease disease ICAM‐1、VC AM‐1mRNA level.Results:1. Comparing with the control group, in addition to the high dose group of Shenqi Buxin Pill, there has extremely significant increase in the expression of ICAM‐1of myocardial tissue of rats in other groups (P<0.01); Comparing with model group, the high and midd le dose groups of Shenqi Buxin Pill all can reduce the expression of ICAM‐1of myocardial tissue of rats, and there have extremely significant differences (P<0.01), at the same time, it has significant difference comparing model group with Xintong Oral group (P<0.05); Comparing with Xintong Oral group, the high dose group of Shenqi Buxin Pi ll can reduce the content of ICAM‐1, also, there has extremely notable difference (P<0.01), and the midd le dose group of Shenqi Buxin Pi ll can reduce it too, at the same time there has difference between them (P<0.05); Comparing with the midd le and low dose groups of Shenqi Buxin Pill, the high dose group can reduce the content of ICAM‐1obviously, and it has extremely significant difference (P<0.01).2.Comparing with the control group, in addition to the high dose group of Shenqi Buxin Pill, there has extremely significant increase in the expression of VC AM‐1mRNA of myocardial tissue of rats in other groups (P<0.01); Comparing with model group, the high and midd le dose groups of Shenqi Buxin Pill all can reduce the expression of VC AM‐1mRNA of myocardial tissue of rats, and there have extremely significant differences (P<0.01), at the same time, it has significant difference comparing model group with Xintong Oral group (P<0.05); Comparing with Xintong Oral group, the high and midd le dose groups of Shenqi Buxin Pi ll can reduce the content of VC AM‐1mRNA, there has extremely significant difference (P<0.01); Comparing with the midd le and low dose groups of Shenqi Buxin Pi ll, the high dose group can reduce the content of VC AM‐1mRNA obviously, and it has extremely significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions: Shenqi Buxin pi ll can reduce the expressions of ICAM‐1and VC AM‐1mRNA in rats model of coronary heart disease, and it can reduce the endothelial inflammatory reaction obviously and prevent vascular endothelial injury comparing with the control group.
