Object: Research lipoprotein a, ApoB/ApoA count with coronary artery disease and severity ofrelationships. Methods: Select the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine from February2013to December2013152cases diagnosed as "chest pain" patients, and voluntarily underwent coronaryangiography. According angiography were divided into25cases of127cases of coronary heart diseasegroup and normal group. According to the number of diseased vessels can be divided into25patientswithout lesions, single-vessel disease in32cases,47cases of double-vessel disease,48patients withmultivessel disease. According Gensini score, taking quartile method, into a group (0<Gensini points≤11.25),2group (11.25<Gensini points≤24),3groups (24<Gensini points≤48),4groups (Gensini score>48). All patients were admitted to hospital the next morning after fasting venous blood, same day deliverylaboratory measured total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), lowdensity lipoprotein (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B (ApoB), apolipoprotein A (ApoA), ApoB/ApoA, lipoproteina (Lpa), total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), indirect bilirubin (IBIL). Analysis of coronarylesions count, Gensini score and ApoA, ApoB, ApoB/ApoA, Lpa, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, TBIL, DBIL,IBIL correlation.Results:(1) According to angiography were divided into25cases of127cases of coronary heart disease group andnormal group. CHD age group, the proportion of men, smoking rates were significantly higher than thenormal group, there were significant differences between the two groups (all P <0.05).(2) CHD ApoA levels lower than normal group (P <0.05), coronary heart disease group Lpa, TBIL, IBILlevels were higher than normal group (P <0.05). Two sets of TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoB, ApoB/ApoA, no significant difference (P>0.05) DBIL level.(3) According to the number of diseased vessels can be divided into25patients without lesions,single-vessel disease in32cases,47cases of double-vessel disease,48patients with multivessel disease.Four groups of ApoA, Lpa levels was statistically significant (P <0.05). Multivessel disease wassignificantly higher than the group without lesions lipoprotein a group, single-vessel disease, Double-vesseldisease, multivessel disease group was significantly lower than apolipoprotein A lesion group. Four groupsTG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoB, ApoB/ApoA, TBIL, DBIL, no significant difference (P>0.05) IBILlevel.(4)According Gensini score, taking quartile method, divided into①group (0<Gensini points≤11.25),②group (11.25<Gensini points≤24),③group (24<Gensini points≤48),④group (Gensini score>48).Four groups ApoA, Lpa, TG levels was statistically significant (P <0.05). Four groups of ApoA, Lpa, TGfurther pairwise comparison,④②group was significantly higher than the group TG,③group (P <0.05),④group,③group,②①group was significantly lower than ApoAgroup (P <0.05),③group,②①groupwas significantly higher than Lpa group (P <0.05). Four groups TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoB, no significantdifference (P>0.05)ApoB/ApoAlevels.(5)Correlation analysis showed that ApoA levels and Gensini score, lesion count was significantlynegatively correlated (rs=-0.182, P <0.05; rs=-0.192, P <0.05), Lpa levels and number of lesions, Gensiniscore was significantly correlated (rs=0.251, P <0.05; rs=0.179, P <0.05), HDL-C levels and Gensiniscore was significantly negatively correlated (rs=-0.171, P <0.05).(6)Coronary heart disease as the dependent variable, various risk factors as independent variables, multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that: age, smoking history, Lpa, ApoA risk factors for coronary heart disease, β values were:0.087,-1.647,-2.002,0.002, P values were0.004,0.011,0.015,0.018.Conclusion:(1)With the increase in the number of coronary lesions, ApoA levels drop, elevated Lpa levels. With theincrease Gensini’s,ApoAlevels drop, elevated Lpa levels.(2)ApoA levels and Gensini score, lesion count was significantly negatively correlated. Lpa levels andnumber of lesions, Gensini score was significantly positively correlated. Coronary lesion score evaluationcan count from the lesion and the degree of stenosis. Lpa, ApoA is a potential indicator of coronary arterylesions, can provide some reference value for coronary artery disease severity.
