Object: To research the effect of comprehensive intervention, supportive psychologicalintervention methods on the symptoms of post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression and thequality of life on patients with PTSD.Methods:1. Participants: The patients come from a class3-A hospital,120patients with the criteriafor the selected were randomly selected for this study from July2012to October2013.2.Research tools:General questionnaire,post traumatic stress disorder checklist civilianversion(PCL-C), hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA), hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and theworld health organization quality of life questionnaire-brief version(WHOQOL-BREF).3. Implementation process: PTSD patients,which conforms to the diagnostic criteria,werefrom the target groups. They were randomly divided into comprehensive intervention,supportive psychological intervention and control group. Researchers use face to faceconversation in cognitive therapy and supportive psychological intervention, once a week,50minutes every time, a total of6weeks.Drug treatment by psychiatrists according to patientscondition, as appropriate, the control group did not give any special intervention. All thepatients were complete the questionnaire investigation before and after the intervention.4. Statistical analysis: The database was established by EpiData3.0and data was analyzedby SPSS17.0statistical software, all tests were two-sided test, the test level is P <0.05.Results:1.Before the intervention, it is no significant difference in the general information, PCL-C,HAMA, HAMD and WHOQOL BREF questionnaire scores (P>0.05) among comprehensiveintervention group, supportive psychological intervention group and control group patientswith PTSD.2. After the intervention, there are significant differences in the PCL-C scale scores and thethree symptoms among three groups of PTSD patients(P<0.05). The PCL-C score and threesymptoms scores of comprehensive intervention group were lower than supportivepsychological intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The PCL-C score and three symptoms scores of comprehensive intervention group andsupportive psychological intervention group were lower than the control group, the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05).3.After the intervention, there are significant differences in HAMA score, body and spiritfactor score among three groups of PTSD patients(P<0.05).The HAMA score,spirit and bodyscores of comprehensive intervention group and supportive psychological intervention groupwere lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. After the intervention, there are significant differences in HAMD score and anxiety, cognition, block, sleep, despair, systemic symptom factor score among three groups of PTSDpatients(P<0.05). The HAMD and anxiety, block, sleep, despair, systemic symptom factorscores of comprehensive intervention group were lower than the control group, and thedifference is statistically significant (P<0.05).The HAMD and anxiety, cognition, block, sleep,and despair score of supportive psychological intervention group are lower than the controlgroup, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01).5. Before the intervention, the quality of life score of scomprehensive intervention group arelower than the norm, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). After theintervention, the scores in every field are improved.it is a significant difference in quality oflife in all areas among the comprehensive intervention group, the supportive psychologicalintervention group and control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in all areas score ofcomprehensive intervention group and supportive psychological intervention group havehigher score than that of before intervention, and the difference is statisticallysignificant(P<0.01).Conclusions:1. Comprehensive intervention and supportive psychological intervention measures caneffectively ease symptoms of post-traumatic stress, negative feelings of anxiety anddepression with the PTSD patients, improve their quality of life.2. To alleviate symptoms of PTSD patients with posttraumatic stress and anxiety, depression,comprehensive intervention measures more ideal than supportive psychological interventionmeasures.3. To improve the quality of the life of people with PTSD, there is no difference aboutcomprehensive intervention measures and supportive psychological intervention measures.4. There is no obvious change about symptoms of post-traumatic stress, negative feelings ofanxiety, depression with the PTSD patients in control group between pretest and follow-up.
