Objective:(1)To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on reducing depression and anxiety in breast cancer patients;(2)to explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on improving the quality of life of female breast cancer patients;(3)to explore cognitive behavioral interventions.Reduce the role of post-traumatic stress disorder in breast cancer patients,and provide theoretical and practical reference for clinical nursing work.Methods: Eighty female breast cancer patients with breast surgery in a third-grade hospital in Changchun City were selected as experimental subjects,and 40 patients in the experimental group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing according to the criteria for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment;the intervention group received cognitive behavioral intervention in addition to routine nursing,respectively,after breast cancer surgery(before intervention)and before the second chemotherapy(after intervention): extensive The anxiety disorder scale,the patient health questionnaire depression scale,and the breast cancer patient quality of life measurement scale were used to collect data on anxiety,depression,and patient quality of life.After the intervention,the post-traumatic stress disorder of the two groups was performed.collect.Statistical analysis was performed on all aspects of the data using SPSS 21.0.Results:(1)Anxiety There was no significant difference in GAD-7 score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the GAD-7 scores in the two groups were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of GAD-7 in the intervention group before and after intervention were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the GAD-7score between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)DepressionThere was no significant difference in PHQ-9 score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the PHQ-9 scores of the two groups were lower in the intervention group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There were significant differences in the PHQ-9 scores between the intervention group and the intervention group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the PHQ-9 score between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).(3)Quality of life There were no significant differences in the physiological status,social family status,emotional status,functional status,additional attention dimensions and FACT-B total scores between the intervention group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05);the intervention group and the control group after intervention.The difference in the fact-b score was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the FACT-B scores between the intervention group and the breast cancer patients before and after the intervention group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of points are significantly increased.There was no significant difference in quality of life between the control group and the intervention(P>0.05).(4)Post-traumatic stress disorder The scores of the post-traumatic stress disorder self-rating scale were compared between the intervention group and the control group.The results showed that the intervention group and the control group had different scores of traumatic events,avoidance symptoms,high alertness symptoms,social function impairment,and PTSD-SS scores.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the traumatic events,avoidance symptoms,high alertness symptoms,social function impairment and total scores of PTSD-SS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)cognitive behavioral intervention can effectively reduce the level of anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients;(2)cognitivebehavioral therapycan improvethequalityoflifeofpatientswithbreastcancer;(3)cognitive behavioral intervention reduces the level of post-traumatic stress disorder in breast cancer;...
