The Clinical Observation Efficacy Of Buxin Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Classified As Qi-deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Buxin Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronicheart failure classified as qi-deficiency and blood stasis and to reveal its scientificconnotation in improving left ventricular function through the intervention of the disease.Materials and Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria，sixty patients selected from theDepartment of Cardiology(2013.04-2014.01) and corresponding to the diagnosis standardsof Western chronic heart failure with cardiac function level between II to IV wererandomly divided into treatment and control group（30cases in each group）. Collecting thefasting venous blood of each patient from two groups with clinostatism on the second dayto detect the BNP/NT-proBNP (the blood samples were saved and concentrated incryogenic refrigerator at-20oC according to the BNP consensus in2008of Chinese andWestern experts),thyroid hormone, blood,urine,feces,liver and kidney function and so on.The cardiac function was evaluated accurately according to the consensus standards ofinternational heart failure and ultrasonic institute.The treatment group use the Buxin ZhuyuDecoction on the basic treatment of Western medicine, while the control group usedwestern medicine alone,4weeks as a course.Retesting above indicators after the end ofthe experiment.Results：1.With the analysis of clinical efficacy between the two groups,P <0.01, there was statistical significance obviously..2. With the Lee ’s failure scoring between the two groups,P <0.05, there was statistical significance.3. The comparison of two groups withechocardiography, with the indicators such as EF (ejection fraction), SV (stroke volume),LVEDD (left ventricular end-diastolic diameter) P <0.05, there was statisticalsignificance； E/A ratio were compared before and after treated, P>0.05，there was nostatistical significance；yet LVEDD were compared before and after treated, P>0.05, therewas no statistical significance.4. The comparison of two groups with thyroid hormone, T3experimental group compared with control group P <0.05, there was statistical significance;The comparison of T4, TSH experimental group and the control group, P>0.05, thedifference was no statistical significance.5. The changes of BNP and NT-ProBNP in twogroups showed,P <0.05, there was no statistical significance.6.The comparison betweenthe two groups of TCM syndrome effects, shortness of breath, Edema, chest ached，holdbreath,chest tightness,disease in dull (P<0.01orP<005).bluish lips and sash lump symptom(P>005), explaining that there was no statistical significance.Conclusions:Buxin Zhuyu Decoction was safety and reliable on treating the chronic heart failureand it increased the clinical efficacy.The study showed that Buxin Zhuyu Decoctionimproved the left ventricular function and had a potential clinical application.
