68Cases Of Lung Cancer Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Survey And Related Analysis

Objective:Use of standardized quality of tcm body of Questionnaires in the form oflung cancer of the patient,s quality of the chinese constitution. Explore the constitu tionforms of distribution,the relevance of the chinese constitution and the chinese medicalcertificate type and sex,age.Methods:Based on the respondents were informed consent,we issued standardizedquality of tcm body of Questionnaires.The investigators checked it one by one to confirmeligibility information.Using of chinese medicine in quality watch ratings means,judge thechinese constitution type.Establish a data base,and calculate the percentage of bodytype,composition ratio;then used to investigate differentiating syndromes by TCM to thoseof lung cancer patients and make correlate analysis.Results:A total of68copies of valid questionnaires,in68cases of lung cancer of thechinese constitution distribution:Qi-deficiency type17cases (25%),Yang-deficiency type13cases(19.1%), Qi-depression type11cases (16.2%),blood-stasis type10cases(14.7%),Yin-deficiency type6cases (8.8%),gentleness type5cases(7.4%),phlegm-wetness type3cases(4.4%), Wet-heat type2cases(2.9%),special diathesistype1cases(1.5%).In the survey got42males,26females, male to female ratio of1.615:1.The patient’s age were basically25to85years,and the older of the age,the higherthe incidence of patients.The constitution of the different types of the difference betweenthe sexes had statistical significance(P＜0.05).Among women Qi-depression type andBlood-stasis type were mainly,among men Qi-deficiency type and Yang-deficiency typewere mainly.Qi-deficiency and Yang-deficiency were more common in older people,Qiand Blood-stasis type were common in middle-aged people.The statistics of lung cancer syndromes was Yin toxic hot11cases(16.2%), Phlegm retention in the lung18cases(26.4%),Stagnation pulmonary collaterals15cases(22.1%),Qi and Yin deficiency24cases(35.3%).Conclusions:Among lung cancer patients, Qi-deficiency type, Yang-deficiencytype,Qi-depression type and blood-stasis type are the most common constitution types.It’sdistribution and gender,age, the chinese medical certificate type are relevant.
