Radix is a commonly used Chinese medicine, is the dried root of Isatis indigotica Fort of Cruciferae, broad clinical application, except for Radix Isatidis injection liquid, the main and other traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation composed are widely used in the treatment of various diseases, with Qingrejiedu, Liangxue Xiaoban, Liyan analgesic effect, can be used for the treatment of epidemic fever, mumps, dysentery have a fever, hair spot, wind heat cold, throat swelling and decay, is universally recognized with antiviral effect of Chinese medicine is one of the few."China Pharmacopoeia" in2010edition of a pair of Radix Isatidis by microscopic identification, TLC identification, inspection,(R, S)-epigoitrin (add) content determination for quality control. Radix Isatidis is Gansu Province medicine with medicine, but the indicators are still not fully its quality was fully reflected, therefore this paper studied to improve the quality of t Radix isatidis.1Determination of1relevant chemical index component content:Is established by using the detection method of multi components, multi index:(1) simultaneous determination of cinnamic acid, salicylic acid, syringic acid, benzoic acid and Coffee acid content by HPCE-DAD method. Because the content belongs to trace, not for practical quantitative analysis.(2) in the application of HPLC method for the determination of guanosine and adenosine, uridine, component.(3) the methods used in this experiment is simple, exact method for the determination of total organic acids; Determination of total organic acids content can be used as the quality control method of Radix isatidis.2The application of chemical pattern for the quality of analysis:based on three content determination, combined with the Pharmacopoeia2010edition in Radix Isatidis (R, S)-report according to the determination of content of SPSS19.0on the spring, the use of Banlangen samples analyzed by principal component analysis. Using principal component analysis to sort the sample, results and Radix Isatidis by traditional evaluation results some correlation.3Investigation of heavy metal residues:the13batches of samples (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, antimony, copper, nickel and cadmium) eight harmful elements of lead, arsenic, cadmium, copper, mercury and positive detection rate were50%,90%,100%,100%and80%, the detection rate is high; the3batch of exceed the standard CD mercury exceed the standard, the1batch,3batches of samples, exceed the standard rate of23%.
