Purpose： To Study the correlation between Proteins of CD44v6, E-cadherin and ki-67andBiological Behaviors of the Parotid Gland Pleomorphic Adenoma.Methods： The correlation between the expression and the biological behavior of CD44v6, E-cadherinand ki-67in the parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma was tested objectively.Results: The expressive rate of CD44v6, E-cadherin and ki-67was100%,96%and73.8%respectivelyin the Parotid Gland Pleomorphic Adenoma. There was a significant difference in the expression of E-cadherin and ki-67among the parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma,malignant transformation group ofpleomorphic adenoma and peripheral non-tutor tissue group. and its expression was correlated withinvasion and metastasis of the parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma; The CD44v6expression has statisticaldifferences in the parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma and peripheral non-tutor tissue group,malignant transformation group of pleomorphic adenoma and peripheral non-tutor tissue group.Conclusions: CD44v6is mainly involved in cells and the adhesion between substrate, associated withthe migration of cells. Malignant parotid pleomorphic adenoma, tended to relapse group and the recurrenceof CD44v6positive and strongly positive rates are higher; It shows that there is an significant correlationbetween the expression of CD44v6and transfer of parotid pleomorphic adenoma.E-cadherin stronglypositive rate is higher in the malignant pleomorphic adenoma group, malignant pleomorphic adenoma istended to transfer, tumor Zhou Fei tumor tissue group E-cadherin expresses positively. It is the earlyperformance of tumor metastasis. Ki-67expression in pleomorphic adenoma group is significantly higherthan tumor Zhou Fei tumor tissue, the ki-67can be used as an index of pleomorphic adenomacanceration. E cadherin and ki-67are associated with the biological behavior of parotid pleomorphicadenoma and their expressions are associated with the metastasis of parotid pleomorphic adenoma. Theycan be used as a new tumor marker and has certain value in judging prognosis. While CD44v6in parotidpleomorphic adenoma Zhou Fei tumor tissue and tumor group, malignant pleomorphic adenoma groupZhou Fei tumor tissue and tumor have biological significances. With the development of molecular biology,tumor metastasis has always been a hotspot in the research of the tumor, CD44v6, E cadherin, ki-67in thestudy of E cadherin, ki-67is more sensitive, more specific, the tumor invasion, metastasis and recurrencemake more sense. They can be used as a new tumor marker and their expression has certain value injudging prognosis.
