Objective:Through the formation of deep vein thrombosis in different periods of patients, drugtreatment of different application. To observe the clinical effect of thrombolytic drugs, inthe treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and using method, and provide atheoretical basis for the clinical drug treatment.Method:Collect150cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in Department ofgeneral surgery in our hospital from2011-01to2014-04, including simple left lowerextremity in93cases, the right lower limb in57cases. According to the onset to treatmenttime in the group of patients were divided into acute period (<14days), sub acute sta-ge (15-30days) and chronic (>30days) three groups. According to the applicati-on of different drugs, each stage were divided into thrombolysis and anticoa gulati-on group and anticoagulation group. Among all the groups before and after treatmentof extremity circumferences, blood coagulation index changes and complications werecompared. For all data using SPSS19software package was used for statistical analysis.Results:In150patients, thrombolysis and anticoagulation treatment in the curative effect inacute stage was better in patients with sub acute and chronic clinical thrombolysis;anticoagulation group were significantly better than theanticoagulation group, sub groupswas significant difference(P<0.01); changes of blood coagulation indexes and relatedcomplications two groups of drug treatment. There was nosignificant different-ce (P>0.05). The two group of coagulation indexes in patients with changes and theincidence of complications had no significant differ-rence (P>0.05). Conclusion:Thrombolysis, anticoagulation, cured poly are the main treatment methods of deepvenous thrombosis in patients with drug therapy. The data indicates that: the combinedapplication of thrombolysis anticoagulation drugs compared with anticoagulation thera-py drugs significantly; anticoagulation thrombolytic therapy on acute stage in patients withthe best effect, still has a certain therapeuticeffect for patients with subacute and chronic.
