Objective: Study the perioperative changes of serum sCD36and sLR11level inpatients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB),and compare with thechanges of cardiac markers in same time,such as creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinaseisoenzyme (CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH)and cardiac troponin I (cTnI). Explore whether they can become potential indicators fordiagnose and forecast the perioperative myocardial injury.we hope to find new warningbiomarkers of cardiac injury with the aim to accelerate the earlydiagnosis,early intervention for heart injury.Methods: We adopt30patients undergoing OPCAB in cardiothoracic surgery,from Mar2013to Jul2013in First Affiliated Hospital of Shi Hezi University. Record their generalsituation. Serum CK, CK-MB,LDH,HBDH,cTnI, sCD36and sLR11were measured beforeoperation, immediately after Vascular anastomosis, and2h,7h,1day,3days,5days afteroperation. Selected18cases as a healthy control group, measured serum sCD36and sLR11insame way. Experimental data are presented as mean±standard deviationwe, analyzed thedate by software of SPASS13.0.,P <0.05was considered statistically significant.Results: The median value of cardiac markers were all in normal range beforeoperation,and increased significantly immediately after it. cTnI、CK-MB and CK increasedin the process of operation, reached the highest level1day,, CK-MB dropped normal range3days, CTnI, CK were still higher after5days. HBDH, LDH began to increase after2hoursand reached a peak after three days, five days after surgery is still higher than normal. sCD36increased with the operation,highest1day and still higher5days. The change of SLR11werenot obviously, and has no significant difference with the control group.Conclusion: sCD36, CK-MB and cTnI are similar after postoperation, both could beused to evaluate the degree of perioperative myocareial injury, SLR11is lack of specificity asan marker of perioperative myocardial injury, but it need further study.
