Objective:To explore lidocaine carbonate (LC) in fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FB) in the inspection application value. Methods:In126cases in our hospital were examined by FB patients were randomly divided into66cases for experimental group and60cases for control group, using1.73%LC and Lidocaine hydrochloride (LH) for surface anesthesia in the FB process, each patient using the total dose of the drug are14ml. Using multi parameter monitor instrument monitoring patients with the changes of finger pulse oxygen (SPO2), heart rate (HR) and respiratory rate (RR) in the FB process. And calculated respectively finger pulse oxygen variation rate (SPO2-VR), heart rate variability (HR-VR) and respiratory frequency variation rate (RR-VR), Time record and anaesthetic effect evaluation, and comparison the difference of each parameter. Results:1、The experimental group and the control group of SPO2-VR,4.17±4.54、5.62±5.37respectively (P=0.103>0.05), no statistically significant differences.2、The experimental group and the control group of HR-VR,2.54±1.36、2.91±1.5respectively (P=0.147>0.05), no statistically significant differences.3、The experimental group and the control group of RR-VR,4.09±1.7、4.98±1.97respectively (P=0.009<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.4、The experimental group and the control group of check time,8.59±3.73、8.55±3.27respectively (P=0.948>0.05), no statistically significant differences.5、The anesthetic effect of the experimental group was better than control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:Studies show that in FB, the anesthesia of LC is better than LH, the patients who use of LC,their breathe more smoothly, recommend the use of LC for surface anesthesia in FB examination.
