Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Dexmedetomidine for the patients undergoing thyroid surgery under cervical plexus block, compared with receiving innovar; Methods:Sixty ASA I-II degree patients,aged18-55years old, were randomly divided into Dexmedetomidine group (group D) and control group (group C).Each group had forty cases.Group D received0.5ug/kg Dexmedetomidine in10minutes before the cervical plexus block, while group C received1/2innovar.After infusion, cervical plexus block were performed with0.375%Ropivacaine40ml Respectively, MAP、HR、RR were monitored. The Ramsay and complications were also recorded; Results:Compared with group C,the level of Ramsay were significantly lower in group D(P<0.05).Compared with group D,the level of MAP and HR were significantly higher at T1-T4in group C.The level of MAP and HR in group C at T1-T4were significantly higher than at T(p<0.05).while it is stable in group D; The bucking score and the restlessness score during the operating process were recorded;Amnesstic effects in group D were higher comparing to C group (P<0.05); Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine (0.5ug/kg) infused in10minutes before cervical plexus block, can increase the sedative effect to the patients under cervical plexus block in the thyroid surgeries and make hemodynamics stable. But it may lead to bradycardia. |
