Objectives: To investigate the ventricular arrhythmia autonomic nervous functionstate and its significance. To investigate the ventricular arrhythmia heart rate variabilityanalysis of the meaning of risk stratification contracts before sexual period. The uighursand han Chinese ventricular arrhythmia heart rate variability each index with and withoutsignificant difference. Methods: selected560cases of patients with adopting Dynamic ecg examination at onetime,Depending on the type of ventricular arrhythmias, number, shape and presence ofcoronary heart disease were divided into5groups: the healthy control group, Simpleventricular premature contraction without coronary heart disease group, Simpleventricular premature contraction with coronary heart disease group, complex ventricularpremature contraction without coronary heart disease group, and complex ventricularpremature contraction with coronary heart disease group. Then, these five patients HRVindexes entered into the computer, establish the database and data analysis by theSPSS19.0statistical software. The compare of Normal distribution, homogeneity ofvariance sample is using single-factor analysis.(P<0.05), was statistically significant, finally, come to the conclusion by comparison. Results: In the24hours of heart rate variability analysis, RMSSD of the non-coronaryheart disease premature ventricular group increased (P<0.05), PNN50of the coronaryheart disease premature ventricular group reduced (P<0.05). In five minutes ratevariability analysis, heart rate variability index in patients with coronary heart diseasegroup reduced, The heart rate variability of Complex ventricular premature group lowerthan the Simple ventricular premature group. In the Correlation between Prematureventricular frequency and HRV indexes, the non-coronary heart disease group: thefrequency of premature ventricular was positively correlated with RMSSD, PNN50, VLF,HF, TP. The maximum Lyapunov index was negatively correlated. the coronary heart disease group: the frequency of premature ventricular was negatively correlated withSDNN, HF, the maximum Lyapunov index, were positively correlated with TP,cumulative energy (CE). SDNN and RMSSD of Uighur subjects were lower than the HanChinese subjects (P<0.05).Conclusion: HRV of patients with premature ventricular and non-coronary heart diseaseincreased, and the heart rate variability of Complex ventricular premature group higherthan the Simple ventricular premature group; HRV of patients with premature ventricularand coronary heart disease increased, and the heart rate variability of Complexventricular premature group lower than the Simple ventricular premature group.24hoursheart rate variability of Premature ventricular CHD group and non CHD group havesignificant difference. there are differences between the two ethnic in24hours heart ratevariability index, The Uighur subjects’ HRV physiological characteristics not onlyconforms to the law of heart rate variability, but also has its own unique.
