ObjectiveThe purposes of present study are as follows:①to investigate the effects and significance of arrhythmias, QT dispersion(QTd) and heart rate variability(HRV) before and after transcatheter closure in congenital heart diseases(CHD) through making a systematic observation of them;②to evaluate the effects of transcatheter closure on prognosis of CHD, so as to offer some informations on estimation of transcathter closure of CHD.Methods12 leads ECG synchronous record, 24-hours record of Holter and echocardiography are taken at 1 day before and 4 day after transcatneter closure. Following data are collected:①arrhythmias;②R-R interval, QT interval, corrected QT interval(QTc) and QTd;③normal-tonormal intervals(NN), standard deviation of all NN intervals(SDNN), standard deviation of the averages of NN intervals in all 5 min segments of the entire recording(SDANN), mean of the standard deviations of all NN intervals for all 5 min segments of the entire recording(ASDNN), the square root of the mean of the sum of the squares of differences between adjacent NN intervals(rMSSD), and NN50 count divided by the total number of all NN intervals(PNN50);④the ratio of pulmonary flow to systemic blood flow(Qp/Qs). All data are analyzed by SPSS10.0.Results①184 cases of CHD who are successfully accepted tanscatheter closure are observed for arrhythmias, including 46 cases of patent ductus arteriosus(PDA), 48 cases of atrial septal defect(ASD) and 90 cases of ventricular septal defect(VSD); male 76 and female 108; average age is 16.9±13.4(3~74) years. The total incidence rate of arrhythmia before transcatheter closure is 15.2%, and 11.4% of new exsit arrhythmias after transcatheter closure. The most arrhythmia is right bundle branch block(RBBB) in PDA, ASD and VSD before and transcatheter closure. Arrhythmias before and after ASDtranscatheter closure in adults are more than enfants( p<0.05, p<0.01). Intermittent complete atrioventricular block(CAVB) can...
