Objective: Through the research, we will find azithromycin, erythromycinon ofcigarette smoke extract damage in A549, IL-10, IL-8, TGF-β1secretionimpact?Give the azithromycin and erythromycinon after the intervention, AEC Ⅱcellmorphology change if there is a difference.In the same concentration of cigarette smoke,under the influence of azithromycin and erythromycinon on IL-10, IL-8, TGF-β1influence whether there are differences.Methods: In vitro cultivation of A549, adding different concentration of cigarette smokein serum-free DMED, CSE, CSE+azithromycin, CSE+erythromycinon, application ofinverted microscope to observe the cellular morphological changes, and enzyme-linkedimmunoassay (ELISA) to detect IL-8, IL-10and TGF-β1.Conclusion: CSE can lead to the change of cell morphology and structure, IL-8, theTGF-β1secretion increased at the same time, IL-10secretion decline;CSE+azithromycin group of cell morphology and structure in the CSE+erythromycinon groupresume, azithromycin, erythromycinon can restrain some CSE stimulus IL-8activationof cells, reduce the secretion of transforming growth factor-β1, promote the secretion ofIL-10, lighten the CSE toxic effect on cells.From the perspective of inhibition of sexualrelease inflammatory mediators, concluded that the treatment of chronic pulmonaryinflammatory diseases, azithromycin erythromycin effect is remarkable.
