Objective:HBsAg and HBeAg, HBVDNA quantitative, the correlation of HBV genotypes.Method:Collecting154cases (113male and female41cases, the median age of38(17-70) of Hepatitis B, which were diagnosed by Tai Xing Generol Hospital between December,2010and December,2013. Has not been always used against hepatitis B virus drugs。In all the cases there were130of Chronic Hepatitis B (43mild cases,47moderate cases,40severe cases), and24of liver cirrhosis; HBeAg positive cases were127, and HBeAg negative cases were27; cases of genotype B were48, genetype C were104, and none-B none-C type were2.We used electrochemical luminescence to detect HBsAg, HBeAg, fluorescence quantitative PCR to measure HBVDNA and HBV genotypes, then we went on statistical analysis joining all the above datas.Result:1. HBsAg was negatively correlated with HBeAg and HBVDNA(r=0.42, p<0.05; r=0.43, p<0.05).2. In the patients of genotype B, HBsAg was negtively correlated with HBeAg(r=-0.46, p<0.05), but had no correlation with HBVDNA(r=-0.30, p>0.05); In the patients of genotype C, HBsAg was negtively correlated with HBeAg(r=-0.39, p<0.05), but had no correlation with HBVDNA(r=-0.24, p>0.05).3. In the patients of genetype B and C, the average HBsAg quantitative were3767.4±2257.1COI and3548.2±2339.9COI, there was no statistically difference(t=0.550, p=0.584); the average HBeAg quantitative were437.6 ±452.5COI and521.4±438.6COI, there was no statistically difference(t=1.072, p=0.287); the average HBVDNA quantitative were6.7±1.4loglU/ml and6.7±1.2logIU/ml, also there was no statistically difference(t=0.204, p=0.839).4. In contrast with HBeAg negative patients, HBeAg positive patients had much higher level of serum HBVDNA(t=-2.687, p<0.05).Conclusion:HBsAg was negatively correlated with HBeAg and HBVDNA, but had no correlation with HBV genotype. Among different HBV genotypes, HBsAg, HBeAg and HBVDNA were all showing no obvious differences. HBeAg of HBeAg positive patients was positively correlated with HBVDNA.
