The Effect Of The Therapy Of Strengthening Spleen And Tonify Kinney On The Drops Of HBsAg And HBeAg And The Level Of Regulatory T Cells(Tregs) In Peripheral Blood Of Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) Patients Treated With Lamivudine(LAM)

Objective To explore the effect of therapy of strengthening spleen and tonify kinney on the drops of HBsAg and HbeAg and the propotion of regulatory T cells(Tregs) in peripheral blood of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients treated with Lamivudine(LAM)Methods90HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients were divided randomly into the observation group and the control group. The45patients in the control group were treated with Lamivudine(LAM) only; The remaining45patients in the observation group were treated with Lamivudine together with the therapy of strengthening spleen and tonify kinney. The treatment lasted for24weeks in both two groups.Variation of drops of HBsAg and HBeAg, liver function, HBV DNA and the frequency of CD4+CD25+Tregs, CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Tregs before and after treatment were surveyed respectively at week12and week24in both two groups.Results at both week12and24, the drops of HBsAg and HbeAg of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). at week24,The recovery rate of liver function and HBV DNA were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The frequencis of CD4+CD25+Tregs and CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Tregs in peripheral blood of CHB patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion TCM Spleen Kidney can play the role of immune regulation, improve The frequencis of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Tregs level, thereby enhance the efficacy of lamivudine,combination of the two is more conducive to improve chronic hepatitis B efficacy.
